Do I need a dealer’s license to buy cars?

Most Joyride auctions are open to the general public and private individuals do not need a dealer’s license to participate. If you buy cars as a dealer or dismantler, you may be asked to provide business documentation. Some auctions are "restricted" and are only open to licensed dismantlers and scrap companies. These will be clearly indicated on the auction homepage.
